This Privacy Policy applies to all educational, library and reading mobile applications developed and published by jagoanku. This document fully explains our standards for collecting, storing, processing, transmitting and protecting user personal information, and defines all privacy rights available to users under GDPR, CCPA, COPPA and other global data protection regulations.
By downloading, installing, registering, browsing or reading content inside our applications, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood and voluntarily agreed to all clauses of this privacy policy. If you disagree with any data processing rules described below, please uninstall all jagoanku applications and stop using our services immediately.

2.1 Information You Voluntarily Submit

2.2 Automatically Collected Device & Usage Data
When you open and use our reading applications, we work with authorized third-party service providers to automatically collect anonymous technical data to stabilize app operation, optimize reading experience and fix software failures:
- Device hardware data: mobile model, Android or iOS system version, screen size, default language setting
- Network metadata: public IP address, Wi-Fi/cellular network type, login and reading session timestamps
- Reading behavior logs: app opening frequency, book browsing records, reading duration, menu operation tracks
- Advertising tracking IDs: Android Advertising ID and Apple IDFA for displaying in-app advertisements
- Coarse location information: we only collect this data after you actively grant location permission to the app
2.3 Analytics SDK and Tracking Tags
We embed statistical SDK and tracking tags in our reading apps to analyze user reading habits, count product operation data and push matched advertisements. You can disable ad tracking through your device privacy settings, but some reading synchronization functions may be restricted after closing tracking permissions.
3. Legal Usage Scope of Collected User Data
All user information collected by jagoanku shall only be used for the following legitimate and necessary service purposes:
- Provide, maintain, update and iterate all reading and library applications developed by jagoanku
- Detect software crashes, repair functional bugs and improve reading page fluency
- Analyze user reading preferences to optimize book classification, content recommendation and interface layout
- Display general and personalized advertisements via Google AdMob advertising service
- Receive and reply to user support emails, resolve content display and login failure problems
- Meet Google Play platform review specifications and comply with local and international data protection legal requirements
4. Third-Party Platform Cooperation & Data Sharing Rules
jagoanku will never sell, exchange or rent your identifiable personal information to any commercial third parties for profit. We only share anonymized, non-sensitive data with trusted service suppliers required to support normal operation of reading applications:
- Google AdMob & Google Analytics: These services process device and reading behavior data for advertisement rendering and application traffic statistics. You can view Google’s independent data management rules at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Users may turn off Google ad tracking in mobile system privacy settings.
- Cloud storage and data analysis service providers maintaining application backend database and statistical functions
- Government law enforcement departments, only when formal legal documents are issued to require data disclosure
5. Data Security Mechanism & Storage Time Limit
We adopt industry-standard encryption algorithms and hierarchical internal access permission control to protect user reading records and personal data from unauthorized access, information leakage, tampering or permanent loss. However, no data transmission over the public internet can achieve 100% absolute security.
User data will only be stored within the minimum time required to complete the collection purpose and fulfill legal retention obligations. Once the data loses service value, all stored records will be permanently deleted or fully anonymized.

According to data protection laws in your country or region of residence, you own the following legal rights to your personal data:

Your device information and reading behavior logs may be transmitted and stored on servers outside your residential area, including server facilities located in the United States. jagoanku reserves the right to revise, adjust and update this Privacy Policy according to changes of relevant laws, Google Play platform rules and application content functions. All revised content will be published on this page with an updated revision date mark. Your continuous use of our reading applications after policy updates takes effect will be regarded as your full acceptance of the new policy terms.
